Your Boarding Pass is processed on your device solely to create a reading. We do not upload or store the image, or use it to train AI.
The reader may temporarily detect other printed text during OCR, but only the passenger name and necessary journey fields enter the calculation. PNRs, booking references, ticket numbers, barcodes, QR codes, email addresses and phone numbers never enter Prediction DNA and are not sent or stored.
When you check a flight, only the carrier code, flight number, travel date, and origin/destination codes when needed are sent to AeroDataBox through RapidAPI. Your name, image, seat, and booking credentials are never included. Boardoscope does not store the lookup result; RapidAPI may make technical request logs available for up to seven days under its platform policy.
Raw OCR text is discarded after extraction. Saved and shared cards are newly rendered without your name or booking credentials. We record only anonymous product events such as readings created and shared.
